We are a small family farm nestled in the hills of Central New York.
We milk our goats and cows daily and produce a variety of fresh and aged cheeses from the rich creamy milk. We choose to alternate between cow and goat milk depending on the time of year, to give everyone a break. We also make goats milk soaps, lotions, and lip balms which are as good for your skin as the cheese is for your tummy! Visit our store to learn more.
